We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team working onsite in Banbury on a six-month contract basis with full time hours (Monday - Friday). Your primary focus will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns or issues with a product or service. Each day will be different and offer a variety of tasks within the department, therefore you enjoy a role with variety, this could be the role for you!

As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Responding to, and managing, incoming contact from the customers (telephone and email)
Handling daily reports regarding carrier exceptions
Building up knowledge of businesses and product ranges through ongoing product training
Consistently delivering the highest standards and quality of service that retains existing customers and supports the development and growth of new customers
Liaising with suppliers, couriers and internal departments to resolve customer issues

As Customer Service Advisor, the skills you will need:

Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in a quieter environment
Highly organised and focused
Excellent standards of attention to detail and accuracy
Worked in a fast-paced team, able to multitask and work well under pressure
Strong organisational skills, and able to manage workloads whilst prioritising
Flexibility to work additional hours to support the team, when needed
