As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, and reviewing individual care plans.
Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
Ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards.
Assisting with all CQC tasks.
Building strong connections with residents and their families, providing them with the care and support they deserve.Package and Benefits:

Have a valid NMC pin.
Be passionate about caring and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
Have experience in a similar role.
