Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a client with an exciting opportunity to join their team as Performance and Reward Manager.
You’ll develop and embed the Performance & Reward strategy that supports the organisations objectives, to attract and retain a diverse and motivated workforce.
We're looking for someone with HR experience overall and who has specialised in pay and reward.
You will need to be well-organised, numerate, have good IT skills/excel, be able to manage multiple projects, with a strength in building relationships and stakeholder management.
You will be proactive and come to the business with ideas and opportunities to innovate.
You will be expected to go to the leadership team/directors/board with presentations and will be leaned on as the expert to guide in making decisions.
This is very much a strategic role, but you will also be expected to 'roll-up your sleeves' and get stuck in to the day to day because it is a small team.
You will also manage one other person.
KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* CIPD qualification (or studying towards a CIPD qualification)
* HR generalist with specialist reward experience
* Experience gained in the retail industry or similar fast-paced/multi-site environment
* Experience of working in a matrix organisation
* HMRC rules relating to pay and benefits
It would be desirable if you had Project Management experience.
