The Advocate Group is working with an innovative and dynamic brand very much at the heart of the FMCG industry, specialising in healthy food options! We’re supporting them with hiring their newest Warehouse Manager to join a fab team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day activities at our distribution & production sites, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Work closely with supply planning, transportation, and other teams to ensure the whole supply chain operates efficiently and cost-effectively.
Generate productivity reports and analyse trends in stock adjustments, helping with planning, budgeting, and identifying areas for improvement.
Lead, train, and motivate the team to ensure they meet performance targets. Handle performance management and ensure ongoing development for all team members.
Work closely with Quality and Technical teams to ensure product compliance and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
About You:
Previous experience in managing warehouse and distribution operations, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment (Supervisor / Shift Manager/ Manager level or above may apply)
Strong experience in leading teams, handling performance management, and fostering a collaborative environment.
A natural ability to analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvements.
Comfortable working cross-functionally, building relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across all teams.
Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensuring compliance with product quality specifications.
