About the business:
Would you like to work as a Flexographic Printer for a company that produce an extensive range if custom and standard printed tapes for their distribution partners. This company produce bespoke printed tapes and offer an extensive range of tapes of their customers choice. They are looking for someone to join their teams as a printer.
Purpose of the role:
To assist with the safe and efficient operation of multi-colour printing presses with Coat, ensuring the highest quality standards and output volumes
Day to day duties:
The day-to-day duties this position is to operate a Flexographic Printer machine, called a L36 SIAT printing press. Your role would include matching size, colour, length to customer specification.
The material that he would be printing on to self-adhesive tape. The Initial working hours are 8am till 5pm, once trained you will be working 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
Essential
Able to understand and follow job specifications with a high attention to detail.
Able to follow instructions to operate equipment safely.
You will be pro-active, a good communicator and a team player.
Self-motivated with an ability to work on their own.
An excellent communicator together with organizational and analytical skill
Ideally experienced in the operation of Flexographic Printing Presses together with plate mounting and inks mixing / colour matching techniques
