Technical Support Engineer - Eastleigh

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join the 1st level Desktop Support team, the successful candidate will provide technical support for the diagnosis of hardware/software faults within the client's HQ which has over 2000 employees.

You will be responsible for providing support and maintenance throughout the client's HQ located in Eastleigh. With over 2000 employees, the ideal candidate will be carrying out any support/maintenance required on the hardware/software and other devices including mobile phones, Tablets, iPads etc.

As you are working within the clients HQ and will be working directly with members of staff varying from C-level to the more junior positions, the ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and be able to work under pressure whilst resolving any technical issues.

Providing a prolific level of service to members of staff within the client's HQ (2000 employees)
Make sure any technical issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively
Provide and uphold a high level of customer service to all members of staff
Identify any technical issues and communicate what is needed to resolve the issue as well as expected time framesSkills required

The ideal candidate will be a real team player making sure workload is always shared equally and picking up extra work should someone need assistance
Excellent/professional level of customer service
Good problem solver (able to think on your feet)
Exposure to Windows 10
Experience working on MAC's
Experience of Office applications/Skype
Mobile phone support (set-up)
