Key responsibilities:

Provide external and internal support on behalf of the company
Work with, and shadow Account Managers and Sales Engineers on order approvals
Directly collaborate with the tech teams to ensure the correct solutions are provided to customers
Take responsibility for the full sales cycle and ensure the process is as smooth as possible
Support the sales teams with technical and logistic queries
Candidate Requirements:

Educated to degree level (preferably in a related field – IT/Computer Science/Engineering
Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tenacity and drive
Personable and confident dealing with a range of individuals at every level of business
Adaptable and malleable, willing to learn new skills and challenge yourself when needed
A strong work ethic
