A fantastic Internal Aftersales Executive position has arisen within a leading manufacturer and designer of pump and pumping solutions.
The company who specialise in selling a range of pump and pumping solutions such as waste water pumps, pumping stations and rainwater harvesting systems into a variety of sectors such as Commercial, Hospitality and the Public Sector are looking for a tenacious and driven Internal Aftersales Executive to join their busy and fast-paced office.
SALARY: £25,000-£32,000 basic, plus commission £10,000

LOCATION: This is an office-based role, working from a site near Hemel Hempstead
This is an exciting and varied position, where you will be responsible for nurturing and growing strong relationships with current or previous clients to look to assist them in their aftersales needs.
Your role will be to look to contact clients who have recently purchased pumping solutions or to resurrect dormant accounts of customers who have previously purchased. A highly consultative sales approach is required, to conduct an in-depth needs analysis to fully understand the needs of the customer and be able to recommend relevant service and maintenance packages and contracts.
You will then be responsible for keeping in regular contact with these clients, to ensure ongoing support and service is offered and to look to grow the accounts as much as possible.
Although this is an office-based role, on occasion, you may be required to visit local clients to help build a rapport further.
To be successful for this role, you must have at least 2 years' proven internal sales experience. You must have experience of selling a solution based product, ideally service or maintenance contracts into the construction or industrial sectors.
You must be a reasonable daily commute to the office in Hemel Hempstead and be willing and able to visit clients when necessary.
