Collaborating with a dynamic team of firmware engineers, DSP platform software engineers, and product specialists, you'll be at the forefront of the companies innovation. Your day-to-day as Senior Embedded DSP Engineer will involve embedded DSP programming, contributing to key projects, and building digital signal processing algorithms for their entire product lineup.

Key responsibilities as Senior Embedded DSP Engineer:

Lead the development of embedded DSP code for our flagship brands, collaborating closely with firmware engineers and stakeholders.
Partner with DSP platform software engineers to create versatile DSP algorithms for widespread use.
Create the roadmap of DSP initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and communicating progress effectively.
Work closely with product teams to strategise IP reuse while identifying opportunities for novel development.
Mentor firmware engineers to enhance their DSP expertise and contribute to team growth and strategy.Required skills and experience:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Embedded Software Engineering, or relevant field is preferred.
Industry experience in C/C++ based projects, with proficiency in C, C++, Assembly (preferred).
Deep understanding of fixed-point and floating-point implementation constraints, with hands-on experience in real-time DSP development.
Familiarity with embedded software development constraints and technologies such as RTOS, embedded Linux, bare metal, and FPGAs.
