UX Designer

Responsibilities:
* Develop user-friendly designs tailored to the needs of various clients and industries, grounded in user research and feedback.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to visualize design concepts effectively.
Craft detailed UX requirements and ensure accurate handover to development teams by considering journeys, feature variances, interactions, and behaviors.
* Utilize data and user research insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
* Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
* Adhere to accessibility guidelines and design principles to create inclusive digital experiences.
* Stay updated on the latest UI design trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the wider UX team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven work experience as a UX Designer, particularly in B2B environments.
* Strong UI skills demonstrated through proficiency in prototyping tools, preferably Adobe XD, showcased in the portfolio.
* Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
* Effective time-management abilities to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
* Familiarity with current usability best practices and a solid grasp of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
* Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and adapting to diverse project requirements.
* Demonstrates a curious mindset and a continuous eagerness to learn and enhance the quality of work.
