As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the scheduling of appointments and maintaining accurate customer data in the company's systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

Liaising with customers, field engineers, and account managers to efficiently schedule work using the in-house system
Confirming engineer appointments through email or phone communication
Updating and maintaining the CRM software as required
Managing the field engineers' calendar, including downtime for vehicle servicing, holidays, and sick daysEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilitiesDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role
Knowledge of the wastewater industryTechnologies:

Microsoft Office suite
Big Change Job Watch software
CRM softwareDue to the location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
