Phase Leader KS1 required

The Supply Register is currently working in partnership with Ark Franklin Primary Academy to find a Phase Leader to join their team from September 2024.
Whilst carrying out the responsibilities of a class teacher, as a Phase Leader you will also be expected to lead and manage your phase team to ensure that you are providing a high quality of learning for your students. You will work alongside the SLT to provide a consistent level and approach for teaching and learning. This role will involve working collaboratively with parents/ guardians, governors, colleagues and external agencies if required. You will be a point of call for your fellow teachers should they need assistance and will be a role model for both colleagues and students alike.
Requirements
Must have previous experience as a qualified teacher
Must hold QTS or equivalent qualifications
Must have the Right to work in the UK
Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to process one
Must be able to provide a minimum of 24 months of professional references
