Our client is a UK leading company that specialises in property claims and due to future growth plans, they are looking for recruit Claims Handlers. They really do encourage professional development and will support new employees looking to progress within the insurance sector. This will involve the attainment of CII qualifications.
The ideal candidate will need have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, have a positive can-do attitude and be confident in speaking to people at all levels. In addition, you will need to be able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
Duties will include:
To act as the main point of contact for customers and clients
Ensuring service level agreements (SLA's)are adhered to
Updating jobs correctly on in house system
Handling low level complaints
Ensuring data is handled responsibly and compliant with the Data Protection ActPrevious experience of working within Claims would be an advantage but is not essential.
For Claims Handlers the salary scale is £17500 to £20500 and for Experienced Claims Handlers the salary will be £23000 to £26000.
