We are happy to be representing a well know domiciliary care service in Aylesbury. They are a friendly, local homecare provider which recognises that its employees are its greatest asset. They are recruiting for an experienced, caring and commercially aware Registered Manager for their fantastic office in Aylesbury, to manage, develop and grow the business. All applicants must be will to be hands on in this role.

This role could be suitable for a enthusiastic deputy manager.

Responsibilities of the Registered Manager include:

* Provide leadership, management and the highest level of support to the Team

* Ownership of achieving the highest levels of compliance ensuring they achieve a minimum of a “Good” CQC inspection.

* Accountable for the Health & Safety of staff and clients; ensuring provision of safe working environments.

* Continued critical review of processes and practice

* Attraction, recruitment and retention of care assistants.

* Implementation of training and induction and maintain training records.

* Staff rota scheduling

* Staff and Client checks, service reviews, internal audits, annual surveys, risk assessments and support plans

* Participate in on-call rota.

* Record Key Performance Indicators and report to the Director

* To be a key figure in ensuring the business grows sustainably and within commercial targets.

Qualifications and Experience required from our Registered Manager:

* Hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care

* In depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores

* Management experience of service provision in the care industry

* Experience in managing people
