Private Client Fee Earner or Paralegal

My client is searching for a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

My client have been established for over 100 years and have an excellent reputation in Aylesbury and surrounding villages.

The ideal candidate

• Will be NQ – 2 years + PQE Private Client Solicitor to manage a caseload of Private Client matters that will include – Wills, LPAs, Estate Administration and Trust administration.
• Preferably has a driving licence (where home visits are required for our elderly and housebound clients).
• My client will consider a Paralegal or Legal Executive with relevant experience.
• Experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is a plus but not required.

Skills and Experience

• A qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate
• Strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Duties

• Managing your own caseload independently
• You will have a good variety of private client cases and an opportunity to progress and fee earn.
• My client fully supports training and candidates will be supported by the firm.
• The chosen candidate will have secretarial support and their own office.
