The client is an innovative Fit Out contractor who has taken over the market and is one of the leading entities out there., Health & safety and brand value are hugely important to this client. They are broken into various specialist divisions and are one of the best in the market in all. They are taking over the market with a storm. Definitely a good company to get in with whether you are working freelance or permanent
The company has an immediate requirement for an Site manager to work on an existing office, which is being stripped out and partly demolished and then converted into residential apartments.
The Manager be / have:
• Track record of working on similar projects
• Can hit the ground running
• Team player but able to work on own initiative where required
• Good eye for detail and is strong on finishes
• Great quality assurance skills
• Health and Safety focused
Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
