Head of Asset Management

I have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Asset Management to join a growing and well-established housing association in East Anglia. They are open to receiving applications for those who can consider relocating and there is a relocation package available (details to be confirmed).

This is a pivotal role which will focus on ensuring that properties are of high quality, well-maintained, and provide value for money. Leading a team of surveyors, the role is crucial in ensuring safety, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

This role would suit an individual with a strong background in building/construction, Asset Management possessing relevant qualifications and memberships. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in leadership roles, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on digital improvement.

Day to day the Head of Assets will be responsible for the following: -

- Leading a team of Surveyors to ensure safety, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

- Implementing decarbonisation strategies to reduce energy bills.

- Chairing contract performance meetings to ensure value for money.

- Monthly reporting on property contract performance.

- To manage the budget for the team in order to deliver the corporate strategy

Salary: £70,000 - £74,000 including car allowance
