Rate: £83.30 - £95.26
Start Date: September 2024 
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Calling all enthusiastic and dedicated individuals! We're on the lookout for a passionate Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join this inclusive and highly respected Primary School in Brighton. If you're ready to make a real difference to the lives of young learners and support them on their educational journey, then this is the role for you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide one-on-one support to Year 5 students who may require additional help with their learning. 
Assist in implementing personalized learning plans to meet the unique requirements of SEN students. 
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. 
Support the class teacher in organizing educational activities and resources to enhance learning experiences. 
Communicate effectively with both students and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the classroom. 
Requirements: 

Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
Some experience of working with children with special education needs
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one) . 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. 
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to support students' learning and well-being.
