My Client, a market leading, multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, which specialises in Flood Risk, Drainage and River Engineering, is searching for a Graduate Drainage Engineer to join their Flood Risk and Drainage Team based in Brighton.
This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a friendly team of Engineers to complete Flood Risk, Environmental, Drainage and River Projects for Residential Development Projects for Housing Developers, Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients.
As a Graduate Drainage Engineer you will be required to complete technical work including;
-Flood Risk Assessments for flood zone 1,2 and 3.
-Flood Risk Mapping using ArcGIS.
-Flood Consequence Assessments.
-Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications.
-Drainage design using Microdrainage.
-Access Road Design.

It is essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering, Geography or Environmental Engineering and experience working for a Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk or Drainage Projects.
It is essential for applicants to reside locally and have a keen interest in Flood Risk Assessments or Flood Consequence Assessments.
You will be expected to work from the office for training purposes and candidates are required to live within commutable distance of Brighton.
