Credit Supervisor
Up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience

Are you an experienced B2C Credit Controller and looking for your next step? Or currently working in a Supervisory role and want a new environment?
We are working with a growing, forward-thinking business who are seeking a confident and experienced B2C Credit Controller to join them.
In this role you will working in a team of Credit Controllers supporting with both the day to day Debt collection as well as supervising and supporting the team.
Duties could include:
Proactively managing overdue invoices
Contacting customers both over the phone and email
Supervising progress of outstanding debt across the Credit Control team
Working closely with the Finance Manager to report on outstanding debt
Raising and dealing with escalations as requiredYou will be working closely with a supportive Finance Manager who will give you time and support to settle into the position.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in a busy B2C role who has the confidence to be able to jump into a new role and take on responsibility of overseeing the team and debt across the business.
The ideal candidate with be a confident communicator who can effectively partner with their own team and Senior members of staff as well as have a pro-active and driven mindset.
