Hours - 40-45hrs a week
We're seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to lead our dynamic team at our picturesque restaurant located on the stunning Sussex coast.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present food to the highest standards
* Running your section efficiently
* Maintain and manage preparation levels
* Demonstrate leadership abilities and set a great example for the team
* Capable of stepping in and running the kitchen operation in the Head Chefs absence
* Ensure all paperwork is up to date and maintain kitchen health and safety
