Senior People Partner

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior People Partner to join our client's team in Brighton. If you are passionate about driving organisational success through effective people management and have a proven track record in HR, then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and implement people strategies that align with the overall business objectives
Provide expert advice and guidance on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
Partner with managers to understand their team's needs and provide support in areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyse results, and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention
Lead change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the process
Stay abreast of industry best practises and legal requirements to ensure compliance in all HR-related activities
Coach and develop the HR team, empowering them to deliver exceptional support and services to their clientsRequirements:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
Solid understanding of HR practices and employment law
CIPD Level 5 or above
Strong People manager with the ability to effectively manage a geographically dispersed team.
Experience of TUPE
Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organisational objectives
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
