About the Role:
As the Assistant Care Manager, you will collaborate directly with the Company Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency. This role is ideal for individuals seeking career growth, with the potential to progress to higher managerial positions within the organisation. You will assist in managing the care team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional care to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Company Director to manage operations and staff effectively
* Supporting the Director in ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Providing highquality, person-centered care to clients
* Assisting with staff recruitment, training, and supervision
* Contributing to financial management, including invoicing and payroll
Requirements:
* Level 3/4 Diploma in Health and Social Care looking to work towards Level 5
* Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within domiciliary care
* Ambition to advance to higher managerial positions within the organisation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Driving license and access to a vehicle at all times
