We have a new role in the Data Protection & Legal Team! Do you want to join us as an Apprentice Claims Administrator? You’ll gain hands on experience while pursuing your Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship specialising in dispute resolution.

With over 50 parks across the UK and plans to keep growing, we are looking for someone with experience in organising a wide range of learning activities and ensuring our people have the best development experience possible.

The role will be based in our Bexhill head office, where we offer free lunches, snacks, and parking! You can also take the opportunity to get involved in the Glovers House socials such as walking clubs and groups that focus on improving lifestyle and opportunities at Glovers!

This role will be responsible for:

* Provide filing duties following submissions of monthly claims.

* Provide administration duties to support internal and external audits.

* Support the archiving of evidence records following the company's processes.

* Monitor claims admin mailbox daily

* Have a proactive approach to problem-solving with a can-do attitude

* Will be required to liaise with senior managers regularly so must be a confident communicator.

* Carry out effectively the day-to-day administrative tasks assigned by the line manager and divisional head.

* Monitor claims status.

* Conduct weekly updates with the line manager on the claims status

* Recognise and report discrepancies to Supervisors and Management

* Verify and update information needed on claims.

* Check, validate and upload data to the company's database systems following internal process.

* Registering new claims and reporting to insurers

* Liaising with insurers where necessary

* Actively contribute to the delivery pf the company’s claim vision.

The minimum entry requirements:

* A minimum of three A-Levels (96 UCAS points), and

* Five GCSEs at grade C (or 4) or above, including English and mathematics (or equivalent)

* Experience in the legal Sector Preferred

Requirements of this role:

* The ideal person will have excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills are an essential aspect of the role.

* Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and peers is an essential component of the role.

* Ability to work autonomously and ensure daily processes are executed in a timely manner and to the highest levels of accuracy.
