JOB TITLE: Administrator
JOB TYPE: Perm
HOURS: 08:45am - 17:45pm
SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000
LOCATION: Chancery Lane - Based in the office full time!

Providing administrative support to Principal Director, managing diary, preparing meeting rooms
Answering a high volume of calls, taking messages and passing over accurate messages
Monitoring inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner
Planning and coordinating events and architectural exhibitions
Reception duties, meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Working closely with in house system to manage contact database
Dealing with incoming and outgoing invoices, processing expenses and keeping accurate records
Supporting with HR when needed, tracking absences and dealing with holiday requests etc
Insurance and memberships management
Assisting with social media presence and business development, creating posts on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Assisting with competitions in the office, creating incentives
Day-to-day running of office post Covid, ensuring office is compliant with regulations
Ensuring smooth running of the office and providing administrative support and when needed
Any other ad hoc dutiesExperience, knowledge and skills required
Good level of education - A Levels or Degree
Proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
2+ years admin experience
Knowledge of basic finance duties - invoicing, expenses, timesheets etc
Highly detail-orientated, meticulous and well organised with the ability to multitask
Excellent telephone manner
An excellent communicator
Good written skills
Bilingual German speaking candidates - desirablePersonal attributes
Positive, punctual and personable, with proactive attitude
Friendly and sociable
Calm and able to work under pressure
Self-sufficient individual, happy to work independently
