Engagement Officer
Location: Hasland
Salary: £86 - £110 per day

GSL Education is currently seeking an Engagement Officer to oversee the corridors at our partnered school in Hasland. This role entails ensuring all pupils are in their designated areas, fostering a conducive learning environment, and providing support to students experiencing dysregulation.
Responsibilities:
Monitor pupil movement within the school premises and redirect as necessary
Support students who may display challenging behaviour or additional needs
Maintain a safe and orderly environment conducive to learning
Collaborate with staff to implement strategies for student engagement and behaviour management
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Resilience and ability to handle challenging situations effectively
IT literacy and valid driver's license with business insurance
