Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 (£14.39 per hour)
Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (£16.20 per hour)We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator with exceptional customer service skills to join our dynamic team in Stoke-on-Trent. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using the Blue Yonder CRM system and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
Utilize Blue Yonder CRM system to track, manage, and resolve customer issues.
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.Requirements:

Proven experience with Blue Yonder CRM system is essential.
Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
