* Handover meeting with QS/Estimator
* Technical Submittals
* Procurement
* Sub-contractor and Labour Management
* Cost Control
* Progress Reporting
* Health & Safety
* Project & Program Implementation
* Understanding of design and drawings
* Technical & Progress Meetings
* Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
* Compilation of O&M Manuals
Ideal Candidate
* Experience working within the Labs, Health or Office Sector
* Experience in a project management role
* Have relationships with relevant supply chain including subcontractors and suppliers
