Job Title: Carpenter

We're on the lookout for a talented Carpenter to join a leading maintenance company to maintain housing association properties throughout the area.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking carpentry repairs for both occupied and void properties. As well as undertaking other minor works such as remedial plumbing, patch plastering, and tiling, painting and decorating.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving licence held for at least 12 months
Hold a relevant City and Guilds qualification or equivalent In Carpentry
Experience within Social housing and maintenance

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum.
