My client are a highly reputable interior fit out contractor. They are an award winning CAT A, CAT B, and refurbishment contractor who have an outstanding client list of some of the worlds best known brands.
They have a turnover in excess of £150m and have been trading for over 20 years.
They are an excellent employer to work for with an outstanding reputation in their field of work.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for projects from finalising the design of mechanical systems to delivery on site and taking the mechanical elements of the project through to final commissioning and handover. Your experience within a contractor will be called upon to manage the subcontractors design, cost and workability.
Requirements:
* Previous experince working as a TSM or Mechanical Project Manager within the fit out sector.
* You would have ideally worked for a similar contractor in the fit out sector on commercial packages.
* Ideally you would be degree edcuated but not essential
