The Role - Food Technology Teacher - Redbridge

Maintain compliance with the National Curriculum's statutory requirement
Develop and evaluate the Food Technology curriculum, striving to continuously improve all aspects of the curriculum
Keep effective assessment record
Establish and maintain relationships with hospitality and catering companies
Provide a broad and effective curriculum on Food Technology to students in both KS3 and KS4 to ensure they are well prepared for their next stage of education.
To communicate clear learning objectives and expectations and to use a variety of suitable teaching and learning styles.
Ensure that a purposeful learning environment can be achieved through the use of appropriate classroom management strategies
Establish and maintain a stimulating work environment in accordance with the activities being conducted.
The classroom environment and resources should be organised in a way that facilitates learning
