General responsibilities:

* You’ll be a recruitment consultant running your own desk.

* Make outbound calls, communicate, and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

* Create accurate searches via LinkedIn Recruiter.

* Conduct initial screenings of CVs and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific job openings.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system

* Build excellent knowledge of your industry and develop strong networks.

* Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

* Build a positive presence in the market and become the key person of influence.
