📍 Central London - 3 days office based and 2 days from home.
💸 Up to £45,000 Per annum + Bonus, Healthcare, Pension and Holiday

The opportunity:
A global FMCG leader, experiencing unprecedented growth, is seeking an organized, ambitious, and commercially astute Customer Service & Logistics Officer. This role will be pivotal in shaping and elevating our clients already best-in-class customer operations department

What will my accountabilities be?
You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of competency within the areas of Import/Export and retailer customer service. As part of the Customer Operations team, you will oversee a customer-focused, efficient process to ensure all products are correctly imported into the UK and Ireland, enabling a seamless end-to-end supply chain operation. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing all sales orders on time in accordance with defined lead times, including EDI and manual orders. Provide high-quality and consistently excellent/proactive service to our clients' retail customers

A great candidate will have:
Experience in a Customer Service, Customer Logistics or Order to Cash role gained within the FMCG industry is essential.
Exposure to retailer EDI would be preferred
Excellent data management and analytical skills
Effective influencer and motivator
Previous experience of ERP systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships
Ability to problem solve and work to timelines
Experience with Windows, advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and ideally SAP
