Customer Support Advisor

Join our dynamic Customer Support Team in Canary Wharf (and from home!)

Role: Support candidates through career transitions with personalised coaching and resources. Long term opportunity - minimum 6 months and potentially on-going.

Responsibilities:

Send outreach emails and make follow-up calls to ensure candidate engagement
Organise and schedule webinars, coaching sessions, and other support activities
Monitor candidate progress and maintain accurate records in our system
Respond quickly to candidate queries via phone and email
Coordinate with the team to ensure consistent workflow and provide coverage as needed
Liaise with Project Managers, Sales Team, and other colleagues to meet service level agreements
Participate in team meetings and share best practicesSkills Required:

Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Experience in customer service and team environments
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and 'IT Savvy' around several bespoke IT systems
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
Motivated team player with initiative and adaptability
A commonsense approach to IssuesHours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (1 Hour for lunch)

Office dress code: Casual

What does Hybrid mean:

Whilst this is an office-based contract, the offer is a hybrid option. The work is mostly from home but requires visits to the Canary Wharf office a few times a month for collaboration, and more intensively for training at the beginning (full time in the office to start with). If you prefer an office environment, you can work from the office more often. Travel costs to the office is unpaid and therefore you will need to be within commutable distance of Canary Wharf.Like the role so far then read on....
