Elevate Projects are recruiting a Service Officer position on behalf of one of our valued clients. This exciting opportunity is predominantly office and community-based working, on a temporary contract.
Role expectations consist of:
* Viewing and tenancy sign ups
* Tenancy Management
* Signposting and referrals to support external agencies
* Safeguarding referrals, reporting incidents.
* Welfare checks
* Liaising with external agencies
* Basic benefit and income advice
* Maintaining records
* Weekly health and safety site inspection
It’s essential for applicants to have.
* An enhanced DBS
* Previous working housing experience
