Electrical Draughtsperson

Electrical Draughtsperson – Lancashire – Permanent - £30-34k + overtime = OTE £37-40k

Samuel Frank is recruiting for an Electrical Draughtsperson to join a very well regarded and well-established special purpose machine manufacturer based in Lancashire.

Overtime forecast example – an Electrical Draughtsperson earning a basic of £32500, given the forecasted workload, could reasonably expect to earn £38/39k with a moderate amount of weekly overtime.

Applicants for the Electrical Draughtsperson position will have some of the following;

* Produce multi-sheet electrical schematics, layout and fascia drawings to IEC-60617, from engineers’ sketches using an AutoCAD based drawing package

* Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical will be advantageous but not essential

* The Electrical Draughtsperson will perform other duties around the design (cable schedules etc.) and provide technical support during panel and machine build

* Compile and issue of electrical parts lists, liaising with suppliers and the purchasing department to ensure parts are correct

* Produce cable and wiring schedules

* Produce installation design diagrams

* All Electrical Draughtsperson applicants must be able to work in the UK without sponsorship

This is an office based role and the office is easily commutable from the following places within Lancashire and Greater Manchester – Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Blackburn, Burnley & Preston.
