2nd Line Support Engineer

We have an amazing opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer, to join an award-winning organisation, voted one of the UK’s top 25 IT companies to work for in the UK and also a Microsoft Solutions Partner. Our client is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer, to join their expanding service desk team and take a supporting role in the management and resolution of the customer’s technical issues. Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual, with a ‘can do’ attitude and must have MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.

This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).

Essential Certifications required for this role, are either MS-900, AZ-900 or SC-900.

Essential Experience:

* MSP background

* 2-3 years’ experience in a 1st/2nd Line role

* Experience of working for an ITIL framework in a service desk environment

* Microsoft Windows Server (Apply online only)

* Microsoft 365 support for email, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams

* Active Directory Management

* Windows 10, 11 Operating System Support

* Apple OS and Apple Mac support experience

* Microsoft Office Suite

* Backup Technologies such as DATTO, Acronis

* Laptop/desktop and then client support

Exams towards certifications relevant for this role will be fully funded by our client
