TS Recruitment are working with a leading M&E company based in Essex who are now actively recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer (Maintenance) to join their company covering London & Essex.
You will be responsible for managing both planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties for commercial properties.

Requirements:
* Prior experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, even under pressure.
* Possession of a Level 2 qualification in air conditioning/refrigeration.
* Possession of F-Gas certification.
