Job title: Mechanical Day Shift Engineer
Location: Static High-End Commercial Site Located in City Of London
Shift: 2on 3off 2on 7am to 7pm (Days Only)
Salary/rate: Salary is paying £46,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements:
* City & Guilds / NVQ in mechanical engineering / plumbing
* Good building service experience

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong mechanical engineer / maintenance plumber to be based on a high end commercial site in the City Of London, this site is critical. You will be completing all types of mechanical maintenance as well as assisting other engineers on site.
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out pre planned and reactive maintenance (Mechanical)
* Operating BMS systems
* Perform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC
systems, including chillers, air handling units, and ventilation systems.
* Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities
