Role and Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive 2nd Line Support, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Offer technical guidance and assistance to end-users, promoting best practices for IT systems usage.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role, if you have exposure to Finance or Trading environments that would be a bonus
In addition, if you have supported either Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters applications that would be an added bonus.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 operating systems.
A Proactive "go getter" with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Right to work in the UK.
