Job Title: Trainee Field Service Engineer

Hourly Rate: £11.48 p/h
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:30

As a dynamic and forward-thinking company, we're seeking a Trainee Field Service Engineer with the opportunity to complete a NVQ Level 3 in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and a passion for engineering to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
* Learn to install, configure, and troubleshoot electrical components and control systems.
* Shadow experienced engineers to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
* Support routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
* Provide excellent customer service, contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
* Desire to pursue Level 3 qualifications in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
* Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles is desirable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn independently.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
* Valid driver's license.
