Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for leadership and innovation? Join as a Lead Mechanical Engineer and oversee all mechanical works as part of our site-based facility management contract.
Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Engineer to take charge of mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Maintenance Supervision: Lead and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and ventilation.
Technical Expertise: Provide guidance to our maintenance team on troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports on maintenance operations.Qualifications:
AP experience (Essential)
Level 3 mechanical (Essential)
Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, ventilation, and other mechanical systems.( Essential)
