A boutique Lloyd's insurance Broker has the requirement for a Technician to come on board and support their Financial Lines broking team in the City of London. They would ideally like someone present in the office 2 days per week, but would consider a remote-worker if they displayed all the relevant skills.

The varied role will entail:

Slip production for open market business
DUA processing
Processing renewals, amendments and cancellations efficiently
Client/ market correspondence
Maintaining accurate client records in the broking systems
Claims administration
Internal coordination
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and risk management practices
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

MRC fluency (knowledge of the composition of an MRC)
Experience in quotes, schedules, endorsements and exclusions etc.
A general understanding of Liability insurance products
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Awareness of regulatory requirements e.g. FCA compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Prior claims experience either administratively or ECF
