IT Support Analyst

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £32k

Work Pattern: 100% Office-Based

Connect IT has partnered with a London-based pharmaceutical company and I am looking to hire a top IT Support Analyst to join their team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be at the heart of keeping the IT infrastructure running smoothly while providing exceptional support to all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Managing the IT Helpdesk system, delivering comprehensive support both in-person and remotely.
Setting up and configuring workstations and equipment to boost productivity.
Maintaining detailed IT documentation, including equipment records and IT procedures.
Assisting with maintaining and updating all IT systems and infrastructure, covering on-premises, SaaS, and Cloud technologies.
Collaborating on projects and participating in system testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Undertaking any other tasks within the scope of this role to support the success of the IT department and the organization as a whole.

Requirements:

Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication across the organization.
A strong drive for self-learning and improvement, with a proactive attitude towards staying updated on emerging technologies.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Desktop, Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
