Ophthalmic Senior Scrub Nurse – full time – Up to £47,000 per annum – Hounslow
A exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ophthalmic Senior Scrub Nurse to work in a brand new eye hospital in Hounslow.
Role Responsibilities:
* Providing senior scrub experience to the day to day running of the ophthalmic theatre to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient flow of the theatre pathway
* Providing excellent care to all patients, with specific responsibility for theatres and the patient flow through the department
Qualifications:
* Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
* NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions
Skills Required:
* Previous experience in theatre
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience and the ability to provide direction and highly visible professional leadership for all staff in the operating theatre
