Housekeeping Staff

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the 3-star hotel team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent hospitality will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, including hallways, lobbies, and common areas
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
