An exclusive private members club is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join the team near Piccadilly.
As a Sous Chef, you will be using fresh ingredients and cooking quality British dishes with French influences.
This would suit a Sous Chef who is passionate about his trade, leads by example, and can run the kitchen when the Executive Chef is not on shift.
As a Sous Chef, you will work Monday to Friday and have an excellent work-life balance.
Currently, we do 5 split shifts, 10 am to 10 pm with a long break between 3 pm and 6 pm.
As a Sous Chef, you will receive
* £42000 annual salary
* Yearly guaranteed staff bonus between £2500-£3000
