Are you an experienced Global HR Manager with a strong background within contracts and policies?

A very exciting role has become available within a global business based in the local area. They are looking for highly experienced Stand-Alone HR Manager to come in and really hit the ground running, managing the full HR process for all of their sites across the globe. Role responsibilities:

Developing and implementing global HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with company objectives
Extensive knowledge of Global HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
Overseeing talent acquisition including, workforce planning, recruitment selection, and onboarding
Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Providing guidance and support to Managers and Employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Managing, advising, and supporting the performance management process
Handling employee relations matters swiftly and efficiently, including conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance procedures
Administering compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations
Staying abreast of relevant HR trends, law, and regulations to ensure compliance and informing strategic decision-making
Developing and utilising HR metrics to measure effectiveness of HR programmes and initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Delivering training interventions to support employee performance and development.
The ideal candidate:

Proven track record of managing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and other HR functions on a global scale
Experience of conducting HR analytics and using data to inform decision-making and measure HR program effectiveness
Extensive knowledge of Global HR best practices
BA degree in Human Resources or CIPD Advanced Diploma (Level 7)
Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership, management, and global role
