HR Business Partner

£27 per hour
Full Time Contract ( 3 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Business Partner in Southwark . This is a contract with a scope for transferring to permanent position working full time hours.
The job:
To provide a professional HR service to managers on all workforce related matters including organisational change, resourcing, management of attendance, performance management
Provide expert advice on organisational change projects, working closely with colleague
Build and maintain effective working relationships with supported managers and other stakeholders, to ensure that HR plans and interventions deliver positive outcomes
Supply a quality operational HR service, providing clear business focused outcomes for the business area supported
Plan, establish and maintain effective working arrangements with Trade Unions and other stakeholders and partners
The candidate:
Graduate membership of the CIPD or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
Practical experience in working as a HR professional in a large complex organisation
Monitoring, analysis and interpreting HR MI, maintain up to date HR records
Identifying training needs and developing solutions to ensure high quality outcomes
Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector is essential
