As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a group role - more in detail a

People Specialist (f/m/d) - IT Systems & HR Data
The position is permanent and located in either Hamburg or Bremen (hybrid working)

In this role you are responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology solutions globally. This role involves collaborating closely with People & Culture, IT and other departments to ensure that the HR systems support the business's strategic goals and operational needs, in addition to providing a great user experience to our employees. User experience is important to us, thus we have world leading systems in use such as HiBob, Culture Amp and Slack.

You will be part of the global People & Culture team consisting of professionals across the Epassi Group countries. Altogether we are currently over 550 Epassians, in seven countries and growing rapidly into new markets! The position is permanent and located at our office in either Bremen or Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage system configurations and customizations to meet business requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of HR technology solutions and system upgrades.
  • Oversee the daily operations of HR IT systems, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
  • Provide technical support to HR staff and system users.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient with HR IT systems ensuring user adoption.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into People metrics and support decision-making.
  • Ensure HR IT systems complies with all relevant data protection laws and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT, and People & Culture team members to ensure seamless transitions and great user experience.
Requirements

  • Proficiency using and configuring HR systems, preferably HiBob which is our main HR system.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR IT systems management or a similar role in a global context.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights, previous experience in data and reporting using excel.
  • Fluency in English good knowledge of German is required
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in change management and project management, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
